Inspired by Australia and Black Star Pastry - Experience our unique take on the viral Watermelon Strawberry Cake! Crafted in reusable tins, these creations are a delightful blend of textures and flavours.

Available in Two Versions: 

1. OG Watermelon Strawberry Cake with mochi
Features an almond dacquoise base layered with rose-infused strawberry cream, a soft, chewy layer of mochi, generous slice of juicy watermelon

2. Watermelon Strawberry Crepe Cake
Delicate and indulgent with 20 thin crepe layers, rose-infused strawberry cream between each layer, chewy mochi and a slice of juicy watermelon

Both cakes are topped with: Fresh strawberry slices glazed in watermelon syrup, edible dried rose petals and crunchy pistachio bits

Size: Each tin cake serves 4 (or 3 generous portions)
