INJEOLMI  
This flavor combination is a beloved classic in China and Korea, and we’ve put our own unique spin on it in tart form!

Our house-made red bean paste sits on a buttery biscuit tart shell, layered with chewy mochi, caramelized walnut crunch, and a smooth soybean cream dusted with roasted soybean powder. To top it off, we’ve added a fresh dango skewer for the perfect finishing touch!

PISTACHIO
Using house roast pistachio butter, this tart is decadent with flavour and full of texture! 

Cookie tart base, Roasted pistachio butter kunafe, mochi centre, pistachio butter, topped with pistachio fresh cream with pistachio crunch! 

STRAWBERRY EARL GREY 
Tart strawberries mixed with fragrant earl grey tea, its a must try flavour pairing! 

Cookie tart base, strawberry jam, mochi centre, strawberry fresh cream, topped with freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate drops 

TIRAMISU 
You can never go wrong with this classic coffee flavour! 

Cookie tart base, coffee mascarpone, mochi centre, espresso soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream topped with cocoa powder and dark chocolate drops.
