Matcha Strawberry Chiffon Crepe SLICE

[MOCHI FILLED CHIFFON CREPE CAKE SERIES]

Starting from the bottom, we have two layers of matcha chiffon, sandwiched with a rich Matcha ganache cream. Chiffon always reminds me of my childhood, and this soft, fluffy sponge will definitely bring back memories. In the center, there’s housemade strawberry compote with a layer of chewy mochi. The top half of the cake is made of 15 layers of crepes with strawberry cream. The cake is then topped with a fresh strawberries! 

You get soft and creamy layers from the crepe section combined with airy and fluffy chiffon base as well as chewy textures, all balanced into this beautiful fusion of earthy matcha and tart strawberries ! 

Each slice is 1/8 of an 8 inch cake, serves 1-2.
