BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA... in a mochi filled cheesecake format! 

Growing up, I have always LOVED drinking Milk Tea and this flavour to me is so nostalgic and brings back many great memories. Using Assam black tea leaves, this is how we infuse the tea flavour into the basque cheesecake. Each cake will come with a pottle of freshly made black sugar syrup pearls. This poured over on top is a dessert like non other! 

- Black tea brownie base
- Chewy oat milk mochi centre  
- Assam milk tea basque cheesecake 
- Brown sugar syrup pearls
